LESSON NOTES

Hope Ambassadors and Childcare Organization is still striving to satisfy the thirst of people mostly the underserved dwellers in our rural communities through its #Water_for_life_Project.

In this sixth month of the year, we are glad to look back and count our gains (and shortfalls too). We have learnt and keep learning on the job. It’s actually a continuous learning process.

We have gained good perspectives on the job.
As no two terrains are alike, so we have to customize our water interventions to suits each terrain where we work.

1. #Hand_Powered_Borehole for communities with shallow water level and no electricity.
2. #Solar_Powered_Borehole with submersible pump for communities with deep water level and no electricity.
3. #Electricity_Powered_Borehole with submersible pump for communities with deep water level and connected to the electricity grid

We have learnt that the availability of good water comes with mulifold blessings. It brings succour and empowerments to households.

Good water supply attracts more economic activities, improve the health and well being as well as the living standards of the inhabitants. Reduces incidence of deaths especially infant mortalities due to water-borne diseases.

We have learnt that as beautiful and as good as it sounds, execution of water projects is not for the lilly-livered and shallow pockets.

The aforementioned has reinforced our belief that these projects will thrive better with the support and collaboration of good-willed people, philanthropic organizations and corporations that are passionate for #CSR.

We have done much with our solo effort and help from few friends. We can do more and better with more support, your unflinching support!
